I’m writing a research report and annotated bibliography for my English 140 class. The topic is anything we want as long as it is a current, debatable issue that ties to our major field of study.

Since I’m majoring in photojournalism, anything can be tied to mass media. :)

I think I’ll do 2012. There are so many theories of just how our civilization will be destroyed in three years, I want to sift through them for a while. Many historians don’t think anything will happen. I think something will happen for sure. I don’t know what or when-I doubt that whatever happens will have a specific deadline.

I’m using 8-10 sources. So I’ll be pretty up to date on this issue.

I want to know what other people think, too.

So, does anyone else think something crazy is going to happen in 2012?
