If anyone reading this is from southeast missouri, you are familiar with this news station.

it is stationed in cape, right off of broadway. Tomorrow my mass comm class is going to sit in on a live broadcast. I’m pretty excited.

Today we went on the student radio station. I loved it. DJ’ing is a really neat job. We watched production of sounds and learned how to make the sound effects. We saw what the dj’s do and use.

I’m definitly a mass comm major, but journalism, photography, or radio? i think radio might be a dying branch. most people listen to ipods and pandora instead.

Does anyone actually listen to radio shows anymore?
